Hello!

I’m Phillip and I’m a UX Designer based in the ATX area.

Who am I?

With a background in psychology, I use my experience in the field in combination with UX to improve human-centered design. My goal is to create engaging applications or websites that feel natural. By combining these skills, I create human-centered apps and web designs that work best with how our minds interact. I have always enjoyed gaming as a hobby and have found comfort in it throughout my life. Being able to work on teams that can help foster those same feelings of comfort and joy is a dream come true.

Rif Care Case Study Summarized

Periods should make you feel clean and healthy.

The Challenge

When working with Rif Care our clients wanted a way for their customers to better connect with the brand and themselves. Growing the business from within. They wanted to build their brand through word of mouth over marketing.

The Customer Before

“I was deep into Peleton and still find their online experience great. They are so good at building community around a product, as opposed to community tangential to a product They really make you want to keep engaging and play up the FOMO factor.”

The Ideas

Designing this site we knew that our users wanted something that could make them feel clean, connected, and sound of mind. We also knew all of this needed to be packaged in a luxurious fashion as our Clients market was towards appealing to a high-end audience. What we understood that was needed was a revamp of a community site they once had. VIBE.

The Customer After

After concluding our design work and creating a prototype, we did a round of Usability Testing on it and discovered a lot of precious insight into what was great and what was still needed for the future.

The Next Steps

What this valuable data told us was that we needed more time to fully create the Luxury this product deserves whilst general improvements to how we show posts to our customers from the affiliates that create them.
